Bali, I’m Coming!

“I need an exotic place to spend my holiday. Where can I go?”. So many alternatives can be found to answer that question. One of those alternatives is Bali. If you need an exotic place with exotic people and culture, Bali can be a perfect choice. However, before you decide to go there, it will be better if you know the answer of another question, “where is Bali?”

Where is Bali?

Bali is one of Indonesian islands.  It can be easily found in the world atlas. Firstly, you may look for Indonesia location at the atlas. Then, you can narrow down your search to answer the question of ‘where is bali?’ to the south area of Indonesia. Bali is located between Java and Lombok islands. Bali is separated from Java by the Bali Strait and from Lombok by Lombok Strait. Bali consists of Bali Main Island and three smaller islands called Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. The main and the smaller islands of Bali are separated by Badung Strait. If you prefer to live near the crowded provincial capital, Denpasar, you can stay in the main island of Bali. But, if you prefer to spend your time in a more quite place, you can stay in one of Bali’s smaller islands. All of Bali’s islands offer exotic scenery, culture, and people. By using those descriptions of Bali, it may be easier for you to know where is Bali.

Places that are worth Visiting in Bali

Bali is famous with its exotic beaches. Some of Bali’s most famous beaches are Kuta and Sanur. Kuta beach is located in the south part of Bali’s main island. You can use the taxi services to get there or you can use the service of Bali’s unique vehicle called ‘Komotra’. It is looked like a minibus without any glass window on the passenger part. For you who want to feel another atmosphere of Bali’s beach, you may want to visit Sanur beach. It is also located in the south part of Bali’s main island. You can reach the place in 30 minutes by driving from Ngurah Rai International Airport. There is also Garuda Wisnu Kencana for you who love art.

Actually, it is not a hard thing to do to find where is Bali since Bali has been one of the world’s famous tourist paradises. However, hopefully, some of the explanations above can add your knowledge of Bali and its location. So, why don’t you just visit the exotic island?
